I'm delighted to ship artwork to you! Every order, commission and sale is handled with great care and attention. Please read below to see how I can help you.
DISPATCH TIMES
Upon placing your order you shall receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your purchase. I always aim to get your orders to you as soon as I can. If you need your order for a specific date, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Original Paintings:
Typically original paintings are dispatched from the studio within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated i.e. in case of wet paintings needing to dry.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
‘Print Only’ Orders: please allow up to 5 working days * for your print to be dispatched.
Framed Print Orders: please allow up to 12 working days * for your print to be dispatched.
*During December dispatch times may be subject to change, as a guide please add an extra 2 days.
Packaging: Every painting, commission & print is handled with great care and attention. Your painting or print will arrive wrapped with layers of protective packaging before being boxed or rolled in postal tube. Corners are protected and the package is marked fragile so that your new artwork arrives in pristine condition ready for you to hang.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
UK Orders are shipped typically using a tracked Royal Mail or Parcelforce service, which is a 1-3 day service, but not guaranteed.
Shipping charges (if applicable) at checkout include packaging and handling costs, and are based on the dimensions, weight and price of your artwork(s). Please select your preferred shipping option and the cost will be added to your cart.
Please use your tracking number to follow your parcel on it’s journey to you.
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, and fees, if applicable. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase for more details according to your countries regulations.
Please ensure your Shipping Address is correct at the time of purchase. Any postage paid on orders returned to me due to errors in your Shipping Address will be invoiced to you before the order can be shipped again.
PAYMENT
Payments for orders made at my online store are accepted via Paypal, Stripe and all major Debit and Credit cards. I do not accept cheques or postal orders.
For customers whose method of payment is in a currency other than GBP, then orders will be subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
REFUNDS
All sales of original pieces and prints are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred whilst shipping. If this unfortunately happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with a photo of the package at rachel.painter.artist@gmail.com.
In the event of a Refund
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received you refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at rachel.painter.artist@gmail.com
Ownership Of Artwork
All copyright and reproduction rights are retained by Rachel Painter of all original paintings, commissions, prints and merchandise. They may not reproduced without the artists written permission and are for art collectors personal use only. They should not be used for marketing or promotional use except by the artist.
